I try and implement respect, communication and hard work into my classroom. I feel as though all of those aspects form a great foundation for a successful student. I make sure my students know how dedicated I am to their education and how hard I work to go above and beyond their needs.
In this stage of my career, I express the importance of communication and feedback. Any and all feedback is important for someone to be able to grow.
Clinically, I enjoy sharing my knowledge of Radiology with the students. I feel right at home in a clinical setting, and I love the hands on experience that students get to be a part of daily. It is very rewarding to witness the lightbulb going off when they get a concept. I embrace those moments and look forward to experiencing so many more in the years to come.
